Aerial Stock Photography, Prints and Custom Aerial Photo Books
Most photographs in the Aerial Galleries are available as stock images. Please email me (keith@peakexperienceimagery.com) with the photo numbers. There are many other images available that are not shown. Let me know what you are looking for and I may have exactly what you need already. This section will be expanded over the coming months.
Copyright of all images remains with Peak Experience Imagery. Details of image copyright and usage rights are shown on the "Copyright" web page. An email sized version of all ordered photos will be supplied at no additional cost. Prices are in Canadian dollars, GST will be added for Canadian clients. Prices are subject to change.
Aerial Stock Photography Digital Files (high resolution, high quality jpg format):

2 – 5 files: $175 each
Over 5 files: $125 each
Frequent Stock Photo Buyer Program: Once you have purchased five images, all images purchased during the remainder of the calender year will cost $125 each, no matter the size of an individual order.
Purchase of Photo ownership and complete copyright: $1200 for one file; $800 each for 2 - 5 files; $600 each for over 5 files. Some photos may not be available for purchase.
For published photos, a photo credit would be appreciated, but is optional.

Photographic Prints and Framing
A photograph of a subject that is special to you, your family, your clients or colleagues is a well appreciated and thoughtful gift, award or décor piece. I take pride in capturing that perfect shot and ensuring that the print and framing are of the highest quality.
A variety of print finishes are available. I highly recommend a metallic finish for the most punch and “Wow” factor. It does not look like it was printed on metal, it is more like a super-super glossy photo. You have to see it! Other finishes available are high gloss and pearl (lustre) finish . Add 50% to print prices for prints on artist canvas (available for 16”x 20” size and larger only; stretching is extra).
Sizes are approximate and will vary somewhat depending on the image's proportions. All photos are edited to enhance the photograph. Prints are hand signed and dated with an archival ink pen (unless requested not to). Framed prices below include the print.
8” x 10” or 8” x 12” Unframed: $60 for first print; $40 for all subsequent prints of same image
Framed: (finished size approx. 18”x22” $115 for first print, $90 for subsequent prints
10” x 15” or 11” x 14” Unframed: $90 for first print; $60 for all subsequent prints of same image
Framed: (finished size approx. 21”x26” $200 for first print, $150 for subsequent prints
12” x 18” Unframed: $120 for first print; $90 for all subsequent prints of same image

Call for quote on larger sizes. I have made beautiful photographic prints at 40"x50", and even larger on canvas.
Framing:
Option 1: Prints are professionally framed with a stainless steel look frame with a shiny black silk look matte, backing, glass and hanging hardware. Very sleek, high tech contemporary look.
Option 2: Prints are professionally framed with a contemporary black frame, acid free photo white matte, backing, glass and hanging hardware. A more traditional choice, remininscent of fine art photography.
Either choice is elegant and tasteful and will fit beautifully into almost any home or office décor. An engraved plate is an additional $15. Also, optionally, I can create custom gift and art cards with the image and your choice of text for the back of the card.

Custom Aerial Photography Books
This is a completely new project that I have just started (November 2010), but one that has been in my mind's eye for many years ... just been waiting for the proverbial stars to line up, especially regarding very recent cost effective, high quality, low volume "Print on Demand" technologies coming into the mix.
The quality is at least as good as any photobook you would see at Chapters, yet you can have one, ten or 100+ books printed to meet your requirements and budget. Traditional offset printing requires print runs of 500+ books just to be cost effective.
The concept of a "Custom Book" is that I create a high quality photo book based on my aerial photography, just for your organization. Obviously I have a bias towards aerial photography but I have observed that people have a tremendous interest in aerial photos, especially if the subjects are familiar ones. The aerial perspective adds a dynamic punch since it is a viewpoint that few people ever get to see, other than short glimpses at take-off and landing of commercial flights.
With my project aerial photos, I am always getting feedback from my clients, my website viewers and the public about how interesting and informative an aerial persective gives, even to the mundane. A junk yard full of old cars, a sewage treatment plant with bubbling c#!&, a farmer's field at harvest time, a major interchange chock full of rush hour traffic all take on an aura of photographic art, especially when the light is right.
A Custom Book is the perfect vehicle to show off your company or organization and makes for the perfect corporate gift for clients and dignitaries, for employee recogition and project completions and for service and safety awards.
If creating a Custom Book seems difficult or if you are simply under a tight deadline or budget, I will be offering "Standard" aerial photobooks which can be customized with your company name and/or logo on the book jacket and perhaps a page or two at the front that are created specifically for your needs.
So, how do we make this work for your organization.

At this time I have completed a book for the Calgary region but am currently working on books for the Vancouver/Victoria/Whistler region and for the Toronto region. Edmonton and Ottawa will be covered later this year and possibly a Canada-wide version will also be available. All of these books will be continuously updated and added to as I continue to capture interesting images from my regular photo flights in these regions.
2. Think about what would be best for the "Custom" part of your book.
Certainly the title of the book, the cover design and your logo would be primary aspects of a custom book. On the inside, perhaps a introductory letter from your President, CEO or Founder would be appropriate, with room left for a brief handwritten note and signature for that extra personal touch.
Next would come a title page, again with your company name and/or logo on it and perhaps a dedication to your clients, your employees or to a specific individual.
An aerial photo or group of aerial photos of your projects and/or facilities, offices, etc. could be part of the title page, or we can create a number of custom photo pages at the start of the book that showcase your projects and facilities.
3. Options: The cost will depend on a number of things:
Book Size ... Size matters. There are three sizes to choose from; Deluxe - 11"x15" hardcover; Premium - 11.25" x 8.75" hardcover; Pocketbook - 7.75" x 5.75" soft cover.
Number of Pages: Minimum of 40 pages (20 sheets), Maximum of 100 pages (50 sheets)
Cover Options (Deluxe and Premium only): Leather, Linen, Embossed title/logo, Printed book jacket
Scope of Customization: Number of custom pages, design of book jacket, writing, vellum front sheet, gift/display box, etc.
Number of books ordered: Generally "Print on Demand" technologies are cost effective up to 500 books. Larger orders would probably be best done with more traditional offset printing methods. Many clients may want to order just one copy of a specific book, i.e. as a special retirement gift or a book custom designed for one very special person or client.
Photo Book Prices: I am still working on the details and logistics but please use the following a rough guide to pricing:
Low End: Softcover Photobook - Standard $70 - $120 each; Custom; add min. of $300 (one time fee)
Medium: Premium Hardcover - Standard $125 - $250 each; Custom; add min. of $500 (one time fee)
High End: Deluxe Hardcover - Standard $175 - $350 each; Custom; add min. of $750 (one time fee)
Other options include leather, embossed logos, custom book sleeves and presentation boxes, etc.
